Raise awareness and achieve zero material and personal accidents in 12 months, reinforcing leadership actions and new applied techniques.
Started by a family involvement event, with character-driven workplace visits, with safety equipment, photo booths and colouring books for children, the event created connection and responsibility.
Production of daily visual management materials on workplace safety actions and display of best practice photos and videos on internal channels.
Creation of a security portal installed in the main entrance, to identify with the purposes of active care and creating a space to keep the theme alive in meetings addressing safety first.
Results achieved, combined with team efforts:
engagement and behavioural change with consistent and constant reduction, reaching zero personal and material accidents in 9 months.
